Happily Retired!

I  hope this finds you well and prospering in 2023!!! I have had  discussions with a few people about the possibilities for my work after I  retired in the Summer of 2022. Being retired for a year now, I can confidently say I AM  RETIRED and it is a good thing!

It  has been an honor and privilege to teach, interact with and learn from  so many caring and talented massage professionals. My sincere thanks  goes to all of my students for trusting me to teach you over the years.  Your enthusiasm for this work has been a great encouragement to me. And  of course all those great questions kept me learning right alongside  you! A big thank you to my demos for your sacrifice of time and care for  my students. I am also thankful for the many inquiries and those who  expressed interest in my classes. A special thank you goes out to my  enthusiastic cheerleaders for encouraging me both at the beginning and  end of my teaching career!!!! To the many massage therapists, studios,  practices and offices who were loyal to me over the years, thank you so  much, that meant a lot to me. I am forever grateful to those who gave me  the opportunity to teach when I was first starting out !!!!

I  count myself blessed to have had this career. Now I have the  opportunity to focus more on deepening my relationship with the Lord, my  husband, family and friends. I am also enjoying the fun and  peacefulness of retirement in Longs, SC. But, this is the short part of  life and the very best is yet to come, an eternity in Heaven with the  Lord!

My  eternity was settled at the age of 9 when Jesus became my personal  Savior. He gave me the faith to believe He is the son of God, the  perfect sacrifice and payment for my sin. I trusted in His perfect and  complete work on the cross. I repented of my sin and asked Him for the  free gift of salvation that only He could give. If you cannot say with  certainty, " If I died today I would go to heaven", it is my heartfelt  prayer that you would click on the link below to view a short 7 minute  video that gives a clear message about the Good News of Jesus!

You can ask Jesus for His free gift of salvation right now if you truly believe!
A. Admit to God that you are a sinner in need of a Savior.
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God," Rom 3:23
"For the wages of sin (what I earn because of my sin)
is death," (a Godless eternity which is hell)
"but the free gift of God (I can't earn it because it is free!!!)
is eternal life (heaven where God is)
in Christ Jesus our Lord." (because He took my punishment) Rom 6:23

B. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, trust fully in what He did on the cross, paying fully and completely  for your sins and taking your punishment in your place. Believe that He  died and was buried, and raised from the dead after three days,  conquering sin and death!
"For God so loved the  world, that he gave His only begotten son, that whoever believes in Him  will not perish, but have everlasting life." Jn 3:16
"but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." Rom 5:8

C. Count the cost: when we choose to follow Jesus, we are releasing control of our  lives.This is saying "Lord I am ready to love what you love and give up  what you hate in order to follow you."
Confess to Him He is your Lord. Ask Him to forgive you of your sin and trying to get to heaven without  Him (repent), turn from your sin and trust in Jesus alone. Ask Him for  His free gift of salvation. Place your faith in Him. He will never leave  you or forsake you!
"because, if you confess  with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God  raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Rom 10:9
"For  with the heart one believes and is justified (made righteous in the  sight of God), and with the mouth one confesses and is saved." Rom 10:10

When Jesus becomes your personal savior you can be sure that you can never loose your salvation!
"But to all who did receive Him, who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God," John 1:12
"I  write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God,  that you may know that you have eternal life." 1John 5:13
